敬語 (keigo) is split into two main categories: 尊敬語 (sonkeigo - honorific) and 謙譲語 (kenjougo - humble).
尊敬語 (Honorific Form)
Used to describe the actions of superiors or customers. Elevates the subject.
Regular Formation
お + Verb Stem + になる.
先生がお読みになる。 - The teacher reads.
社長がお帰りになった。 - The president went home.
お客様がお待ちになっている。 - The customer is waiting.

謙譲語 (Humble Form)
Used to describe your own actions when speaking to a superior. Lowers yourself.
Regular Formation
お + Verb Stem + する.
私がお持ちします。 - I will hold it.
私がお送りします。 - I will send it.
明日お伺いします。 - I will visit tomorrow.
